“An American Werewolf in London”. Hospital Location

Confirmed by John Landis wife’s (Mrs. Nadoolman Landis ) personal assistant Mrs. Natascha Rubin.

The general hospital stuff – hallways etc were shot at Putney General Hospital in SW15, and both David’s room and Dr. Hirsch’s office were at Chiswick Maternity Hospital in W6.

Dear Mrs. Nadoolman Landis and Mrs. Rubin,
my name is Julia ….. and I am writing you from Germany. I don´t know if this is the right way and channel to contact you, but it´s worth a try. Actually, my boyfriend and I planning our trip to London only because of the film location and spots from: An American Werewolf in London. And finally, after long nights of research we´ve found out almost every location. But, there is only one location, which is still missing and unconfirmed. These are the hospital ! No one on the internet knows it 100 per cent.I hope that Mrs. Nadoolman Landis, as the costume designer of AAWIL can give us the right information for the right hospital. On the internet 3 addresses of old hospitals going round – which one is the right one?.

    1. Chiswick Lodge, Netheravon Road South

    2. Princess Beatrice Maternity Hospital – On the corner of Old Brompton and Finborough Roads

    3. St. Stevens in Fulham Road

I know, it´s a long long time ago, but maybe Mrs Nadoolman Landis can remember that. That would be so helpful and valuable news on all the Fan-Pages.
I hope so much to hear from you. I would not contact you if its solvable.
    Thank you so much !

    Best regards from Germany,
    Julia …..
