It is not too far from Clay Shaws 1313 Dauphine St.

It is the Orleans Parish Criminal District Court at 2700 Tulane Ave, New Orleans, LA 70119.

    Hope this helps…

Location #14 was actually filmed in Dallas at Turtle Creek Park (formerly Lee Park). There is a replica of Robert E Lee’s Arlington House in the park, which stood in for Arlington National Cemetery. I’m going to try to link to a Google street view of the Dallas park. If it works, you’ll see a large oak tree just to the left of the house. You’ll notice that it is the same tree just “back and to the left” of Kevin Costner in the film image.

Anyone know where the restaurant scene was shot where Jim Garrison meets with his entire staff towards the middle of the film? Its extremely elegant. Jim is served by a man with a handlebar moustache. His entire staff is present.

Antoine’s. The scene in which Sissy Spacek was at a restaurant was also filmed in Antoine’s, but in a different room. I was an extra in both of those scenes as well as Scene #11 (I’m the person crossing the street). Those three scenes were filmed in two consecutive days.
