This movie is sincerely a true classic. It’s absolutely fascinating! Not only because of it’s creepy subject matter but also because of all of the history and lure it holds. It’s filmed at the dekota where John Lennon was shot and killed in 1980. Joan Crawford was originally cast to be in the movie as well but Roman Polanski changed his mind at the last moment because she was show boating on the set. He wanted no distractions. If I’m not mistaken I believe that Joan Crawford was to play herself as a famous resident of the bramford. ( Dakota ) also that’s Tony Curtis’s voice on the phone with rosemary as the actor Donald who goes blind. Just amazing! It’s a very creepy and fun movie to watch. John Lennon’s widow Yoko Ono still lives at the Dakota.
