Hi there
I tried to find the bus station that jack will take to states but i cannot find it on the map.It just place there by using CGI or combine two places at once.I tried to find that bus station so many time i cannot find.Hope you have the answer for that.
Hope to hear from you soon
Hi,
This is a very good question and I’ve wondered the same thing. I grew up in the Montreal area, and Nick’s workshop actually used to be a hairdressing salon where my mom went when I was a kid! However, most of the film was shot in the Vieux Montréal, an area I’m not very familiar with.
The Score was filmed during the summer of 2000. Google Earth’s historical satellite images go back to 2002, and just as I suspected, there isn’t any trace of a bus station. I’m fairly positive this was a facade and here’s why: the area where that building would be is a quay. And if you look closely at the shape of it, the building would be standing above the water, which doesn’t make sense. Good old movie magic!
Thank you for your reply.
Yeah Good Old Movie Magic !! 🙂
The building was the old police station of the port, classified too late under the heritage building protection act. It was unfortunately demolished in the early 2000’s. a parking lot booth find itself at it’s place today. Shameful.
That’s explain it why i cannot find it on the map
Thank you very much for your post
