The location for Quaids apartment is wrong. All around the given coordinates there is not even one similiar builing. So I investigated a little and found:
19°15’27.15″N 99° 9’1.37″W
This location is also known as “Heroico Colegio Militar”, but miles away from your location. And by Google Earth it is well to see that this one is the correct one.
Thank you. This is odd. The college name brings up pictures of this very structure on search engines.
The reason why you can’t see it is because it is inside a military school, but they did allowed them to film in that building that was inside the facility which is the military bank building.
